Pictured above are my Lee Keppler "Raiders" Style fedora by Beaver Brand Hats and my Akubra Federation from "The Hattery". Both are exceptional Fedoras. You can see more Keppler hats here.

The Federation

"A new style, exclusive to Hatsdirect, The Federation is made by Akubra and features a straight sided open crown. It can be styled to many shapes. It is reminiscent of the era 1900 - 1940.

It features a 40mm gro grain ribbon, cut edge snap brim, roaned leather sweat band and satin lining.

Please note: Picture shown is styling suggestion only. We do not custom style hats for web orders. Simple styling instructions are included with the hat. Style above took 3 minutes, no equipment needed."

I cut the brim dimensionally and replaced the ribbon. Here is the finished product.
