The
Review (Cont) Saturday
Saturday brought what is typically the busiest day of Cons
and this was no exception for WonderCon. We showed
up in costume (which was a first for us in all the years
we have attended this con) and were glad that we
did. While we were getting ourselves ready, we were
given a surprise, Adventurers Place very own, Southern Cal
Lara Croft, Jenn Finaldi had crashed the Con!

At first, people seemed to not know what to make of the
people in costumes...most people just walked by and looked
at us. This was an odd feeling considering in at the San
Diego Comic Con, we were stopped every 2 feet for
photos. We overheard comments like "I wonder
what they get paid to be here" to "I wonder how
much they charge for photos". This seemed to go
on up until the first person asked for a photo. Once
people realized that we were there for fun and for their
fun...they warmed up and the cameras were out and snapping
away.
