Preview Night Thursday 1, 2, 3 Friday Saturday 1, 2 Sunday 1, 2

The Review and Gallery - Cont Thursday marked the kick off of the 2003 San Diego Comic Convention. This is my third year in a row here and this was the busiest Thursday that I had seen. Not usually a day for a lot of costuming, our group decided to go for it anyway and ended up having a great time. Our group was based on J. Scott Campbell's Danger Girl. The most complete DG group ever assembled with Jenn as Abbey Chase, Annie as Sydney, Tracy as Natalia, Jade as J.C. (from the game) and I portrayed Johnny Barracuda. We spent a lot of time taking silly photos and goofing off. We would later meet up with Bryan Fear and his Ghostbuster Team. Hopefully this doesn't get boring... The con is never short of interesting costumes and this one is no exception. Kudos for wearing the daring costume to this young later who probably had her photo taken more than Angelina Jolie	Tracy, looking lovely as the double agent Natalia from Danger Girls.	To no surprise, there was a fair amount of Matrix costumes this year, here is the "Reloaded" Neo.	With Natalia
After dropping of some promotional materials on the free table (for the new www.spychronicles.com project), we were off to the exhibition floor.

Like I said, you never know who will show up, but the King is alive and well baby!	Great Star Wars costumes everywhere, no exception here with Padme Skywalker's suit.	The King digs the girls!	Christy is amazing everyear.

Had to get a photo with her <grin>	-Not sure who this guy is, but he looked cool enough. -We finally caught up with the rest of the Danger Girl Group, here Abbey get's her photo with the big guy.	Anneke as Lara Croft, Angel of Darkness	The DG group ended up taking photos everywhere.

Thursdays are not normally a heavy costume day, but we saw our fair share of costumers. The con floor was so large that is was a challenge to get from one end to the other.

-We saw several Lara Crofts this year, you would think there was a movie due out or something. -JC (Jade) strikes a pose with Neo	-Anneke IS Lara croft -Annie at the House of 1000 Corpses booth	Patrick Kilpatrick and the girls	Ok so this was the pose (mainly because our Sydney had killer shoes on) that stopped the crowds.
