Best Classic Lara Croft (this category includes any costume from the 5 games and the comics, you can check the Lara Gear section of our website for more information)
Best Location Picture (We have decided to open this category up, so that people who are not able to great location pictures are not penalized. This category is for those people who take their photos on location (the beach, forest, jungle, etc…) Please note, that all other judging criteria will apply, so in addition to a great location shot, you will want your costume and look to be accurate as well.
Best Composite Image (This category is for all photos that have been modified more than for cosmetic reasons, young ladies 16 years of age or younger may enter this category as well)
Best Tomb Raider Movie Lara (This category is all about the movie look)
Best “Angel of Darkness” Lara (To promote the new AOD game, we have included this category, you can see the Lara Gear section of the site for AOD ideas)
Best Alternate Lara (This category is for people who perhaps do not have their Lara outfit complete, or who wish to wear clothing that Lara Croft “might” wear while adventuring. The idea is to capture the “Essence of Lara Croft”)
16 and Under Lara (This category is for young ladies 16 years of age or younger. Contestants may include pictures using any theme of the above categories)

The Shorty USA Category (This category is a bonus category from one of our sponsors. Their judging criteria, their winner. Winner will receive either 2 KWC Two-Tone Desert Eagle Pistols or $100 - Winners Choice -There will only be one winner for this category.
Please note that no additional photos will need to be submitted to this category. The winner will be selected from one of the existing submissions.

Best New Comer/Returning Lara (this category will be judged by myself and maybe a select number of other judges. No additional photos will be required. It will be for new contestants who have never entered a contest before and for contestants who have not taken new Lara photos within the last year. There will only be one winner for this category). A prize has not been determined yet for this category but will most likely be an item or two to add to the winners Lara Croft outfits.
Lara Croft as Indy (based on the Adventure Hero Indiana Jones, mix your Lara look as Indy) Click here to read the details and talk about it. There will only be one winner for this category. -this is a "just for fun" category.
Model's Choice This category is for contestants who have entered into one of the regular categories. This is your chance to have fun and to be creative. In this category, you may portray yourself as any other female comic book/game/movie heroine or a combined photo with Lara Croft. Please do not submit Lara Croft only photos. Please submit picture of what you are portraying as an example. Click here to read the details and talk about it. There will only be one winner for this category. -this is a "just for fun" category and no prize is set to be rewarded at this time.
