An
introduction to me
Hobbies: Well, I love art – drawing and painting - anything really! I do Tae Kwon Do (a martial art) every week, which I love!
I am definitely a big PC fan. Aside from games, I surf the net a lot, usually on Tomb Raider websites. I think my favourite computer games would have to be Tomb Raider- of course- Drakan, Outcast, and Soul Reaver (though I never got far with it.)
Another
thing I adore is archaeology (especially Egyptology).
Why Lara? I hadn’t even heard of Tomb Raider about five years ago- but when we got a new pc, Tomb Raider was the first game we bought. I think I became totally Tomb Raider obsessed when I saw Lara for the first time, and saw she looked like me! I was only 7 at the time, but after I completed the first game, I just had to have all the Lara merchandise!
Lara: I see Lara as a strong, independent character, who appeals to both genders for her strength, and determination.
I love her because she doesn’t let anything get her down (also, it’s nice to have a strong girl character.)

1999 I heard that Lara Wellar was going to be signing autographs in a games shop
near where I lived.
I went down, and met Lara Wellar! (I got a signed poster and postcard, and a
picture of me with Lara.)

Not long after meeting Lara, I received
a phone call from the shop, saying I’d won a life size Lara, I was totally
over the moon!
My
Friends: I have to mention my friends because
they all look like Tomb Raider characters too! (Natla, Bartoli, and Pierre)
This is my best friend Katy, who helped
me get the photos (and did pretty much everything else as well.)
